Duck Trail Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Duck Trail Prize Draw is open to anyone who signs up via the app and completes at least one Duck Trail in Ripley, Heanor, Belper, or Alfreton, finding all the ducks on that trail. Entrants must comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Entry: Only entries submitted via the official Duck Trail app will be valid. Multiple entries are allowed if different trails are completed, but only one entry per trail per person will be counted.

Prizes: Prizes include tickets and experiences generously donated by Amber Valley businesses. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for
cash.

Winner Selection: A winner will be drawn at random every two weeks from all valid entries. Each winner will be awarded a prize chosen at random from one of the prizes listed in the app. The decision of Amber Valley Borough Council is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in the app within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Amber Valley Borough Council reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection: Personal data collected for the purposes of the Prize Draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting winners. Entries are subject to the Amber Valley Borough Council’s privacy policy.

General: Amber Valley Borough Council reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice. By entering the draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
